MOSCOW, Mar 5 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the government to write up a list of tax investment incentives until July 1, and start providing them only under a special contract on mandatory investment from January 1, 2021, the Kremlin said in a statement on Thursday.

“The government of the Russian Federation has to ensure inventory of existing tax incentives and create a list of incentives that are of an investment character,” with the deadline set at July 1, according to the ruling.

Starting from January 1, 2021, all taxpayers that use these investment incentives or plan to use them should sign a special agreement with the government that obliges the taxpayer to invest a certain amount in Russia, the ruling read.
